CPR Classes

We have partnered with the City of West Des Moines EMS Association to provide FREE child & infant CPR & 1st Aid training around central Iowa communities

These training will be held for groups of roughly 50 people at a time. There will be 2 people per practice dummy during the trainings.

These will be free will donation trainings. If you would like a card showing you have taken the class it will cost $3 for the card from the state. The certification card is not required.

CPR Class August 21 @ 9:00 in West Des Moines

We will be holding a CPR & Defibillator training in West Des Moines on August 21 at 9:00 am.

John’s Baby Steps 5K Run/Walk

We will be having a 5K Run/Walk in Adel at Kinnick-Feller Riverside Park on October 16, 2010!
